*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satnam Singh from Police Station Sadar Amritsar. He states that recovery has been effected from the petitioner and in that way he is not required for further investigation by the police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 03.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
