H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have since deposited the amount as directed by this Court vide last order dated 2.2.2018. Supporting documents in that regard have been placed on record.

Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have contacted the Investigating Officer, for the purpose of joining the investigation, but the Investigating Officer, SI Surinder Kumar, stated that since the challan has been filed against them in the Court, as such they were not required to join the investigation. CRM-M No.4235 of 2018 -2Kumar who is present in the Court, confirms this fact stating that after filing of the challan, the Court has issued non-bailable warrants of arrest against the petitioners to secure their presence. Under these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 2.2.2018 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and a direction is issued to the Court concerned, which is stated to be JMIC, Jagadhri having jurisdiction over Police Station Sadar, Jagadhri, to admit the petitioners to bail on their appearance in the Court.

The petition in that way is allowed.

It is made clear, that in case the petitioners are found to be indulging in any criminal activity, after being granted bail vide this order, the order shall be liable to be withdrawn. ( H.S.
