Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 93 dated 26.5.2017, registered under Section(s) 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Moga, District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was earlier admitted to bail; thereafter he mistook the date of hearing and failed to appear before the learned Court below on 13.9.2017, though there was no intention on the part of the petitioner. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Court below and furnish fresh bail bonds and surety bonds. In view of above, present petition is accepted. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below, which shall admit him to bail on furnishing fresh bail bonds and surety bonds.
