The petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the notice dated 31.03.2025 (P-14) issued by respondent No. 2.

The aforesaid notice has been challenged by the petitioners on the ground that by way of the impugned notice, the official-respondents intend to take the forcible possession of the land comprising in Khewat No. 55//55 Khatauni No. 63, Murabba No. 24//5/2 (2-0), 6/1 (0-8), 6/2(7-12), 7/1 (0-16), 7/2 (7-4), 8/1 (3-8), 13/2 (4-3), 14/1(3-11), 25//10/3(3-14) situated in the revenue estate of Village Khoh, Tehsil and District Gurgaon.

A perusal of the writ petition shows that earlier the petitioners had filed CWP-18537-2018 in respect of the same land, but vide order dated 13.10.2020 passed by a Co-ordinate HIMANSHU 2025.04.09 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-10095-2025 (O&M) Bench of this Court, the said writ petition was dismissed. The order dated 13.10.2020 reads as under:- "1. In view of the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in Indore Development Authority v. Manoharlal and others AIR 2020 SC 1496, none of the grounds/issues raised in this petition survive as they all stand answered against the Petitioners.

2. This petition is accordingly dismissed.

3. The status quo order, if any, hereby stands vacated."

The said order has attained finality as there is nothing on record to indicate that any SLP has been filed by the petitioners against the said order.

In view of the above, finding no merit in the present writ petition, the same is hereby dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
