(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of necessary directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to investigate FIR No. 44 dated 31.01.2022 registered under Sections 406 and 506 IPC and Section 3 of the SC/ST Act at Police Station Gadpuri, District Palwal, in lawful, fair and impartial manner as per law. Further, investigation of the present case may be ordered to be conducted by some independent investigating agency.

Upon notice, reply dated 08/12.07.2022 by way of affidavit of Sh. Anil Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Palwal, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 has already been filed. It has been averred in the reply that after conducting thorough, fair and detailed investigation, respondent No. 4-Raju @ Rajender, has already been arrested. Challan has also been presented before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate. In view of the above, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition and the same stands disposed of, accordingly.
