MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct detailed/fair enquiry on the complaint dated 25.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) given by the petitioner to respondent No.2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer for issuance of directions to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to look into the complaint dated 30.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
