The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.50 dated 03.03.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 365, 323, 379-B, 307, 342, 506, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 20.05.2024, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by learned State counsel as well. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdip Singh, has apprised this Court that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 20.05.2024 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
