#  Report dated 29.03.2016 of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Balkar Singh and the accused namely Gurmit Kaur, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
