Petitioner is one of the main accused who thwarted the police personnel from conducting search of the house for recovering poppy husk. The allegation against the petitioner is that he threw first brick which hit HC Dilbagh Singh on his forehead resulting into serious injury to him.

Keeping in view the gravity and nature of offence, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
