This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 12.04.2013 passed in LPA-1284-2011. 2.

As per short affidavit of Sh. Kanwaljit Singh, PCS, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur dated 22.12.2025, the land has since been allotted to the petitioner herein as per her purchase application.

In view of thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
