Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ved Pal, who is present in court, submits that out of twelve witnesses cited by the prosecution, eleven have been examined. Trial is likely to culminate soon. In view of above, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out at this stage. Dismissed.
