This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.241 dated 12.09.2019 registered under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
