This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 14.11.2023 passed in CWP-22412-2023. 2.

Vide order dated 14.11.2023 passed in CWP-22412-2023 it was directed that appropriate orders on the representations filed by the petitioner be passed in accordance with law.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the representation filed by the petitioner has since been decided vide a speaking order dated 08.07.2025 copy of which has been appended with the compliance report dated 08.07.2025 filed by way of affidavit of Ms. Neeru Katyal Gupta, Director, Town and Country Planning, Punjab.
