This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 247 dated 13.09.2017 under section 420 IPC and section 15 of Medical Council Act, 1956 at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, district bathinda.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 17, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 17, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
