Fearing for life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents, the petitioner has come up before this Court seeking protection through the State, by invoking her fundamental rights of life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India. 2.
Counsel appearing for respondents No.4 to 9 submits that there is nothing to fear from them.

Given the categoric stand of respondents No.4 to 9 that there is no threat to life of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents, no further orders are required to pass in the present petition. It is clarified that in case, the petitioner apprehends any threat in future, she is at liberty to file application for protection to the concerned SHO who shall take conscious decision without any delay. Similarly in case, respondent No.4 feels any threat, she may also approach the concerned SHO for protection. 4.
Petition is disposed of in the terms mentioned above. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
