Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Harvinder Singh and Others vs. State of Punjab and Others, CWP-8475-2025, decided on 01.04.2025 along with another connection petition, to which learned State counsel has no objection.
