(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.153 dated 04.06.2017 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.

On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 26.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
