Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Baljinder Singh, Police Station, Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur, very fairly concedes that in compliance of the order dated 05.12.2014 passed by this Court, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required in the present case.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 05.12.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
