In view of the judgments passed by the two different Division Benches of this Court in Rajender Prasad vs. Santosh Kumar and others 1979 PLJ 562 and Malkiat Singh vs. Narinder Singh and another 1990 (2) PLR 191, the present revision petition, challenging the order passed by the trial Court refusing to permit to appoint a Local Commissioner, is not maintainable.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
