Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to conduct fair and proper investigation in the case of murder of petitioner's husband. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that husband of the petitioner was murdered and the matter was reported to the police vide FIR dated 25.4.2017 (Annexure P2). He further contended that neither any effective investigation has been carried out in the case nor anybody has been arrested, though all the five accused are named in the FIR. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has moved a representation dated 21.4.2017 (Annexure P1) but the same remained unattended. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Charkhi Dadri, is directed to look into the representation dated 21.4.2017 (Annexure P1) and take required action, if any, as per law.
