(ORAL) Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Managing Director of the Bank and has been erroneously summoned although the allegations pertain to misappropriation by the local staff of the Bank at Bhiwani in connivance with the officials of the Municipal Committee.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of DSP, Anti Corruption Bureau (H), Hisar which is taken on record. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the reply filed by the learned State counsel wherein it is stated that no evidence was found qua the petitioner and Sections 9 and 10 of the P.C. Act have been deleted, he does not press this petition. The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
