Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh of Police Station, Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur, submits that the petitioner is involved in five cases out of which in two cases she has been acquitted, in one convicted and two cases are pending. He further contends that at present the petitioner is not required in any other case except stated hereinabove. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.
