Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to drop the chargesheet issued to the petitioner vide memorandum dated 26.05.2021, Annexure P-21 in view of reports/comments dated 31.01.2024, Annexure P-31, 21.09.2023, Annexure P-29, and 28.01.2022, Annexure P-24. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.1. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation dated 23.06.2023, Annexure P-26, in a specific period.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending AVIN KUMAR 2024.05.03 14:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
