The present petition has been filed praying for quashing of impugned order dated 05.03.2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur, whereby the learned Court enhanced the interim maintenance from Rs.8,000/- per month to Rs.10,000/- per month granted to the respondent/wife by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur, vide order dated 16.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main petition in which interim maintenance was granted has already been decided rendering this petition as infructuous and hence the present petition may be dismissed as such.

In view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. May 12, 2022 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
