Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest. In view of the above, as the trial is at its fag end, no ground for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out. Dismissed. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case trial does not conclude within a period of three months.
