******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14 dated 04.02.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") and 66 of Information Technology Act, at Police Station Barnala.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that prosecution witnesses have been examined in this case, which is now fixed for defence evidence for 21.08.2018.
Keeping in view the fact that trial is at advanced stage, no reason is made out to extend the benefit of bail to petitioner at this stage. Dismissed.
