(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 371 of 26.07.2016 under Section 376 IPC, registered at Police Station Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. Learned counsel for the parties at the very outset submits that the matter stands compromised between the parties and learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of will to learned counsel for the complainant who further handed over to the complainant, who is present in the Court. As per this will, petitioner has transferred one shop in the name of three children and the complainant is satisfied with this will.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner will now take care of the child and the prosecutrix in the future as well. Keeping in view the above fact, order dated 14.02.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute.
