This case pertains to the year 2001. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant sought time to provide correct/fresh address of respondents No.3, 5 and 6.

Today, learned counsel for the appellant contends that he is not able to get the correct/fresh residential address of respondents No.3, 5 and 6. Therefore, he prays that the present appeal be dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the appellant to revive the same as and when he will be able to get the correct/fresh residential address of respondents No.3, 5 and 6. 3.

In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the appellant to move an application to revive the present appeal as and when appellant will be able to get the correct/fresh residential address of respondents No.3, 5 and 6.
