(ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 026 dated 11.4.2017 under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 15 of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 registered at Police Station Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. At the outset learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, submits that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court vide order dated 20.1.2020.

In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
