   Heard counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ravi Sharma and Mr.Ashish Yadav, Addl. A.G. Haryana.

It is the p contention in the writ petition that a conveyance deed in respect of a plot allotted to the petitioner way back in the year 1978 was not being registered and reasons for such non-registration were not being furnished though, the petitioner is in possession of the plot in dispute after its allotment.

The Addl. A.G, Haryana for the State of Haryana states that a legal notice had been issued by the petitioner's counsel, and that respondent No.3 will pass an appropriate order within a period of 2 weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if necessary call on the petitioner to submit any documents which are required to be submitted for taking appropriate decision in the matter.
