Learned State counsel, while referring to the written statement, submits that on account of the charge-sheet having been issued to the husband of the petitioner under Rule 7 for remaining absent, a regular enquiry was conducted and his services came to be terminated vide order No. 1853/TA dated 26.06.1992.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
