! 1 /"  Petition was filed in the year 2001, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the instructions dated 24.6.94 as the same are contrary to the statutory Rules called Haryana Revenue Department Naib Tehsildar (Group C) Service Rules, 1988.

In view of the order dated 25.05.2022 passed in CWP-5427-2000 (Kanwal Singh vs. State of Haryana and another), the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
