In the present petition, prayer has been made for direction to official respondents no. 2 & 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Harbans Singh, who is present in court, submits that in case any representation is received from the petitioner, same shall be examined and if necessary appropriate steps shall be taken. He also submits that matter has been looked into and there appears to have been some civil dispute pending between the parties. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction from the court is necessary. Disposed of.
