Rattu, DAG, Punjab --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. for quashing of order dated 3.3.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent no.3/District Magistrate, Jalandhar. Further, direction is sought to the respondents to release the petitioner on parole for 8 weeks to enable him to meet and look-after his family and to settle the household affairs.

After arguing for some time, once the Court was not inclined with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, she prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
