(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members, at the hands of respondents No. 3 and 4, who despite pendency of civil litigation are threatening them under the influence of respondent No. 7, in order to get transfer deed executed by petitioner No. 2 in favour of Resham Singh cancelled and execute fresh transfer deed in favour of respondent No. 5. At the outset, learned counsel for respondents No. 5 and 6, submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of death of petitioner No. 1-Mukhtiar Kaur and declaration of petitioner No. 2-Shinder Singh @ Chinderpal Singh as of unsound mind. Respondent No. 5-Harbhajan Singh, has been appointed as his guardian. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
