It is apparent that the summoning order is dated 20.1.2012 and it is conceded at the time of hearing that the case is at the stage of recording of evidence. Therefore, at this belated stage this Court is not inclined to invoke its jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.PC, moreso when the order was revisable under Section 397 Cr.PC before the Court of Sessions.

Dismissed.
