(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner herein does not press the instant petition that has been filed seeking to challenge order dated 18.11.2016 wherein he had been declared as proclaimed person in Complaint No.COMA/130/2015 dated 06.07.2015 titled as M/s Narsi Ram Aggarwal Filling Station Vs. Jiwan Kumar under Section 138/142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act read with Section 420 IPC pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phul, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that pursuant to order dated 28.07.2020, he had joined proceedings before the trial Court consequent to which the matter stood compromised and the matter stands withdrawn as per order dated 06.10.2020.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that since the complaint case itself stands withdrawn, all proceedings initiated under the complaint including the proceedings declaring him as a proclaimed person be set PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.11.23 11:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
