RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for grant of emergency parole to the petitioner in accordance with his entitlement under Section 3(1)(a) of the Punjab Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1962 & Amendment Act, 2015 as his father is seriously ill and suffering with multiple ailments and doctors advised him hospitalization.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
