NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, Shashi Kant Sharma, son of Banwari Lal Sharma, resident of 5, Gian Vihar Chhawani, Neem Ka Thana, Ward No. 23, District Sikar (Rajasthan), who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 and 506, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No. 751, dated 14.9.2013, registered at Police Station, City, Sirsa.

Learned counsel contends that though the case is of civil nature, yet to buy the peace the petitioner has sorted out his dispute with the informant and effected a compromise. In consequence thereof the informant has executed the affidavit (Annexure P-3) wherein it has been averred that the informant has PRASHANT KAPOOR 2015.02.21 14:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-41592-2014 no objection if the present petition is allowed. Learned counsel for the informant after taking instructions from Vijay Sharma, who is present in the Court, very fairly concedes that the informant has no objection if the present petition for grant of regular bail is accepted. He also admits that the informant, Vijay Sharma, has executed the affidavit (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the State after seeking instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar of Police Station, City, Sirsa, very fairly concedes that the informant has sorted out his dispute with the petitioner and in consequence thereof executed the affidavit (Annexure P-3).

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the material available on record, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner, Shashi Kant Sharma, son of Banwari Lal Sharma, resident of 5, Gian Vihar Chhawani, Neem Ka Thana, Ward No. 23, District Sikar (Rajasthan), is ordered to be released on bail during the pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to his furnishing of bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
