1. The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No. 498 dated 24.12.2020 under Sections 302/120-B IPC at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat (Nuh).

2. This Court, however, finds that the petition is not accompanied by a copy of the FIR in respect of which the petitioner seeks bail. In the absence of the same, this Court is unable to adjudicate upon the same.

3. The petition, as such, is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a fresh petition duly accompanied by a copy of the FIR alongwith its true translation.
