, -./ Prayer in the present petition is for seeking quashing of the complaint dated 08.11.2016 registered under Sections 193, 196, 199, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as well as the summoning order dated 27.03.2023 in CIS No. COMI-78-2016 and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Counsel for the parties submit that the petitioner-Gurcharan Singh Gill has since then expired, hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the proceedings stand abated against him. Ordered accordingly.
