Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 125 dated 22.6.2017, registered under Section(s) 323, 324, 325, 307, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Division No. 3, Jalandhar, Punjab.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the injury attributed to him is on the wrist; the weapon used for commission of offence was sword and as per medical opinion, that injury has been declared as grievous. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel, the petitioner had allegedly caused injury with sword on the left arm; the weapon used for commission of offence is yet to be recovered and he is required for further investigation.
