*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 26.09.2018, the petitioners have joined investigation and the amount as directed has been deposited.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Aash Mohammad affirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners and submits that the petitioners are not required now. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 26.09.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioners are directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
