Petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.204 dated 26.10.2014, under Sections 332/353/186 IPC, registered at police station Adampur, District Jalandhar.

The matter stands settled between the parties and the abovesaid FIR has been quashed by this Court in CRM No.M-41034 of 2014 (Harjinder Singh v. State of Punjab and another) vide order of even date. This fact has been verified by the learned counsel for complainant as well as the State.

Keeping in view the above, this petition for anticipatory bail has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
