Mr. Surinder Gandhi, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to some independent agency i.e. Crime Branch or CBI for further investigation of case FIR No.339 dated 14.09.2016, registered under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak as the local police has not investigated the matter properly.

Learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is that despite of medical opinion dated 17.08.2014 (Annexure P-4), no proper investigation is being carried out in the above-said FIR against the accused. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-State to conclude the investigation, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
