This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 91 dated 17.09.2017 under sections 406 read with section 34 IPC at Police Station Sandaur, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 06.12.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation. Petitioner is stated to be 68 years old woman. Petitioner undertakes that she shall cooperate with the investigating agency as and when summoned.

In view of the above, order dated 06.12.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
