 '    !( Learned counsel for the respondent states that representation has been decided and order would be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from today. In view of the statement made, the contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous.

However, in case of grievance against order passed by the respondent, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. In case the statement made today in the Court is not adhered to, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the contempt petition.
