Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.129 dated 05.11.2015, registered under Sections 406 and 498.A IPC, Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 08.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
