This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 21 dated 17.02.2017 under sections 420/120-B IPC at Police Station City-1 Abohar, district Fazilka. Learned State counsel submits that the builder namely Neeraj Kumar has already been arrested by the police and is in custody. Petitioner is stated to be employee of the company. He allegedly duped the complainant of `6,07,500/- in conspiracy with the builder. However, as petitioner is stated to be have joined investigation and cooperated, interim order dated November 06, 2017 is hereby made absolute qua him subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
