(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to register a criminal case against respondent Nos. 4 to 10 and further to provide protection to the petitioner and her minor child. In this regard the petitioner has also moved an application dated 14.08.2018 ( Annexure P-1), however, till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the application dated 14.08.2018 ( Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide application dated 14.08.2018 ( Annexure P-1), within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
